About Our Office
We’re a small boutique legal practice led by Attorney Kaila D. Sewell, who made history as Robertson County’s first female criminal prosecutor. With more than ten years of legal experience, Kaila brings steady guidance, practical insight, and personal attention to every case. She focuses her practice on criminal defense, family law, and juvenile court matters, with an emphasis on real support and clear communication.
As a family-centered practice, our office staff also brings more than ten years of experience within the legal system, particularly in criminal and family cases. Our Legal Practice Manager, Jessica L. Drake, is efficient, personable, and passionate about helping make the legal process smoother for clients — whether that means handling paperwork, answering questions, coordinating next steps, or simply being a friendly point of contact.
To better serve our clients in a more personal and flexible way, we operate without a traditional brick-and-mortar office. That means we can meet clients where they are and provide support that fits their needs.
